MISSION: It is the mission of Harrah High School Scholars Club to provide identified gifted and talented chiren with as many varied special instructional programs, supportive services, unique educational materials, learning settings, and other educational services as possible.
PURPOSE: The purpose is to differentiate, supplement and support the regular educational program while meeting the particular needs of the gifted and talented children currently involved in the Club.
