HS - Athletic Physicals for current 6th-11th graders (multisport building)

Details:

All athletes must have a physical to participate in summer activities and camps. Athletic physicals for the 2024-25 school year will be given from 6pm to 8pm in the multisport building on the south end of the football field. The cost is $20 cash, check, or debit. Physical forms can be found and run off from the high school athletic page. Please fill out the personal history page and sign prior to the day of the physicals. This will speed up the process for everyone. This is for all current 6th-11th gr.
